Haas brings a special identity to Suzuka
The Japanese Grand Prix has become an important part of the Haas calendar, and the team's 2026 Suzuka weekend brought a particularly distinctive visual direction.
Haas announced a special Japanese Grand Prix livery for 2026 in collaboration with TOHO, featuring Godzilla across the VF-26. Esteban Ocon and Ollie Bearman were present for the reveal in Tokyo before the team headed to Suzuka.
A driver identity built into every detail
Esteban Ocon continues with Haas in 2026, carrying his familiar number 31. His Japanese Grand Prix racewear combines that driver identity with the bold black, red and white visual language shown in this special edition.

Black Foundation
The dark base creates a strong motorsport appearance and gives the red graphics room to dominate the overall presentation.
Racing Red
Red panels and graphics create the strongest visual contrast across the suit while keeping the design closely connected to Haas styling.
White Accents
White sections break up the darker areas and create a cleaner balance between the black and red elements.
Japan Edition
The Suzuka presentation gives the racewear a location-specific identity designed around the Japanese Grand Prix.
One of the most distinctive stops on the calendar
Suzuka is a figure-of-eight circuit and one of Formula 1's most recognizable venues. For Haas, the 2026 Japanese Grand Prix also represented a special event alongside title partner TOYOTA GAZOO Racing.
More than a standard race weekend
Haas described the 2026 Japanese Grand Prix as another home race and introduced its special Godzilla collaboration in Tokyo before the Suzuka weekend. The team also highlighted dedicated Japanese Grand Prix merchandise as part of its 2026 retail programme.
Esteban Ocon and the Haas chapter
Ocon began his Haas chapter in 2025 and entered his second season with the team in 2026. The Japanese Grand Prix became another chapter in that partnership.
At Suzuka in 2026, Ocon finished tenth for TGR Haas F1 Team after starting from twelfth on the grid.
